Actively engages with senior manage-ment, senior executives and multidisciplinary teams to architect and execute intricate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital procurement, and advisory initi-atives, management consultancy and fund raising.

From strategy to planning to fund raising, having two decades of experience, her exper-tise is to handhold the promoter and company and advise them on different parameters till successful commercial operation of Businesses. Though the core competence is in rais-ing funds in Infrastructure, critical Infrastructure, real estate and other priority sectors, she also maximises the valuation of any Business, wherever needed we provide them ex-pert opinion to optimize the output.

She is actively working for raising funds in sustainable projects, renewable energy, eco housing etc along with Government of India backed institutions. Introducing overseas in-vestments to the priority sector of Government and Institutions is her expert Iist.
